Prof. Patrick Utomi

Prof. Utomi has a background in Industry, Government and Management Consultancy. He had responsibility for Marketing, Human Resources and Corporate affairs during years at Volkswagen of Nigeria. Most of those years at Volkswagen of Nigeria were spent in the capacity of Deputy Managing Director and acting Chief Executive of the company. He served for many years on the council of the Institute of Management Consultants, the National Council of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria and the Governing Council of NECA. He previously served as Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.He teaches entrepreneurship Business Policy and Social Political Environment of Business. He is chairman of Nigeria's National Manpower Board and has served on the Presidential Advisory Committee on the economy and the petroleum sector.
